Chelsea Snippet-Jules Kounde snubs Chelsea?

Jules Kounde has seemingly snubbed Chelsea football club in order to sign for Manchester United. Reportedly he has instructed his agent to push through a move. The Sevilla defender wants to be united with his French counterpart Raphael Varane.
This is related to Chelsea as he was one of last summer’s biggest targets and was seemingly nailed on to sign for Chelsea Football Club. This is seen as a major blow to Chelsea’s defense, and I believe that, should this player not wish to join Chelsea and these rumours be true, then Chelsea should not enter a bidding war for Jules Kounde. He is a quality player, but we don’t want a player to join Chelsea only for the money or to pay over the odds for him.
